Piece Care
All pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe unless otherwise stated (all pieces containing gold are not microwave safe). However, hand washing is always recommended, as it is gentler and better for preserving the piece over time.

Shipping
All pieces are packed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Returns
No exchanges or returns are accepted once the piece has been shipped. If there are any manufacturing defects not described in the product description, different solutions will be reviewed. Within 24 hours of receiving the product, evidence of any damage may be submitted in order to request a replacement. Replacement delivery will depend on scheduling availability.
