La manera en la que hago cada platon Medusa es única por el proceso que lleva al crear la pieza cuando hago las curvas, que es lo que le definen la forma a cada uno.
Debido al proceso manual la pieza puede ligeramente variar una de otra.

Each Medusa piece begins as a slab of clay, which I shape upside down allowing gravity to guide the form and develop the curves I am looking for. The process relies heavily on imagination and intuition, as I cannot fully see the final result until the piece has dried. Once the clay reaches the leather-hard stage, I am able to turn the piece upright and reveal the form that has developed. As a result, each Medusa is a unique piece with its own organic curves and character.
